Dans une école délabrée, le "Ultimate Teacher" Ganpachi est envoyé pour remettre les choses sur les rails et préparer les élèves délinquants au monde réel. Mais les étudiants ne veulent pas que Ganpachi ruine le gang qu'ils ont créé, alors leur patron, Hinako, se bat contre Ganpachi avec l'aide de son pouvoir secret...ses sous-vêtements porte-bonheur. Les choses deviennent plus intéressantes lorsque nous découvrons que Ganpachi est le résultat d'expériences génétiques.
